Amit Bhatia steps into a new chapter of his illustrious hospitality career with his appointment as the Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency in Chandigarh. This strategic move underscores Amit's proven track record of leadership and operational excellence in the hospitality industry.

Bringing a wealth of experience to his new role, Amit has previously held senior positions in renowned hospitality establishments across India. As the Senior General Manager of Hospitality and Food & Beverage at Reliance Foundation in Mumbai, he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's hospitality initiatives.

Before his tenure at Reliance Foundation, Amit served as the EAM Food and Beverage and later as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Udaipur, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in enhancing the F&B offerings and guest experiences.

His journey also includes a stint as the Director of Food and Beverage at JW Marriott Jaipur Resorts and Spa in Jaipur, where he spearheaded the F&B operations with a keen focus on quality and innovation.

Prior to his role in Jaipur, Amit held the positions of Food and Beverage Manager and Beverage Manager at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he implemented strategic initiatives to elevate the beverage program and overall F&B offerings.

His tenure at JW Marriott Bengaluru as the Restaurant and Bar Manager further solidified his expertise in restaurant operations and guest service excellence.

Amit's journey in the hospitality industry began at the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, where he served as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, showcasing his commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

His early career includes a role as Supervisor at Trident Hotels, where he gained valuable insights into hotel operations and guest management.

Amit Bhatia's educational background is rooted in hospitality, having pursued Hotel Management with a specialization in Food and Beverages from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies.
