Anand Tiwari has been promoted to the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Oberoi, New Delhi. In this new role, Anand will bring his vast experience in managing restaurants and bars to oversee the food and beverage operations at one of India’s most prestigious hotels.

Prior to this promotion, Anand served as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Oberoi, New Delhi, where he played a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences through innovative dining concepts and impeccable service standards. His expertise in managing high-end dining establishments was honed during his tenure as Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C, in Bengaluru. 

Anand’s career trajectory also includes significant roles at the iconic Rambagh Palace, Taj Hotels in Jaipur, where he progressed from Assistant Restaurant Manager to Restaurant Manager, and eventually to Restaurant and Bar Manager. His leadership at Rambagh Palace was marked by a commitment to excellence, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for world-class dining experiences.

Anand Tiwari’s journey in the hospitality industry began at The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra, where he held the positions of Food and Beverage Assistant and Food and Beverage Supervisor. These foundational roles provided him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of hotel operations, setting the stage for his subsequent successes.

Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Tourism. Additionally, he completed the Supervisory Development Programme in Hotel Management from Oberoi Hotels, further solidifying his credentials in the hospitality sector.
