His expertise in managing high-end dining establishments was honed during his tenure as Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C, in Bengaluru.
Anand’s career trajectory also includes significant roles at the iconic Rambagh Palace, Taj Hotels in Jaipur, where he progressed from Assistant Restaurant Manager to Restaurant Manager, and eventually to Restaurant and Bar Manager.
