Ankush Ahuja Joins as Associate Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort

Ankush Ahuja has been appointed as the Associate Director of Food & Beverage at the InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort, bringing a vast background in high-end F&B management across multiple leading hospitality brands. Known for his comprehensive expertise in F&B operations, Ankush is set to oversee and elevate the dining experiences at the luxury resort.


Prior to joining InterContinental, Ankush served as the Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton in Goa and The Grand Bhagwati in Surat, where he played a pivotal role in managing end-to-end F&B operations. His leadership in Qatar and Goa as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Centara Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International contributed to his proficiency in managing large teams and delivering high standards of service.


Ankush’s career began with roles focused on restaurant operations, including as Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in Mahabaleshwar and as Restaurant General Manager for Yum! Restaurants International in Ahmedabad. His earlier roles at Radisson Blu in Indore and Four Points by Sheraton in Pune, where he served as F&B Executive, laid the foundation for his in-depth industry knowledge.


Ankush’s diverse experience and dedication to quality make him a valuable addition to InterContinental Chennai, where he is expected to drive innovative dining concepts and enhance guest satisfaction.
