Anshuman Pandey Joins as Executive Housekeeper at Hilton

Anshuman Pandey has joined Hilton as Executive Housekeeper, bringing a wealth of experience in housekeeping and hospitality management to his new role. With an impressive career trajectory spanning multiple prestigious establishments, Anshuman's expertise lies in maintaining high operational standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

Prior to this, Anshuman served as Executive Housekeeper at the Jehan Numa Group in Bhopal and Absolute Hotel Services in Alibaug, where he demonstrated his ability to oversee large teams and implement efficient housekeeping systems. His earlier roles included Deputy Housekeeper at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd and Housekeeping Executive at The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts in Bengaluru.  

Anshuman's journey in the hospitality industry began as a Guest Service Associate at Le Royal Meridien Chennai, followed by a stint as Housekeeping Supervisor at Aloft Hotels in Chennai. These foundational roles honed his attention to detail and commitment to quality service, setting the stage for his leadership roles in housekeeping management.  

Academically, Anshuman holds a Master in Hotel Management from Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, and an MBA specializing in Housekeeping, Room Division, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies, Mumbai. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of business operations.  

As Executive Housekeeper at Hilton, Anshuman is poised to enhance the brand's reputation for excellence by upholding meticulous standards and fostering an environment of comfort and luxury for guests. His leadership skills and dedication to operational efficiency are expected to contribute significantly to the hotel's ongoing success.
