Anu Mohan Assumes Role as Executive Chef at Airlines Celestial

Anu Mohan has recently been appointed as the Executive Chef at Airlines Celestial, Malappuram. Bringing extensive culinary expertise and leadership experience to his new role, Anu is set to elevate the dining experience for guests with innovative menu creations and exceptional food quality.

Before joining Airlines Celestial, Anu served as the Executive Chef at Camelot Convention Centre & Hotel in Alappuzha, as well as Kaypunyam, Kerala and Al Marsa House Restaurants in Saudi Arabia. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, developing menus, and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Anu's impressive career also includes a tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Al Marsa Group of Hotels. Here, he played a key role in managing kitchen staff, coordinating food service activities, and maintaining culinary excellence across the group's properties.

Prior to his executive roles, Anu gained valuable experience as a Chef at Choice Group in Cochin, where he honed his skills in various culinary techniques and kitchen management.

His culinary journey began as a Line Cook at Tony Roma's in the United Arab Emirates, where he learned the fundamentals of cooking and gained hands-on experience in a high-paced kitchen environment.

In addition to his culinary roles, Anu has experience in front-of-house operations. He worked as Front Desk Staff at CGH Earth in Cochin, providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs.

Anu also gained experience in housekeeping as a trainee at the Metropolitan Hotel Cochin, where he learned about maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a hospitality setting.

Anu holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Annamalai University. His comprehensive education and diverse experience in the hospitality industry have equipped him with the skills needed to excel in his new role.
