Anuj Singh Takes Charge as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Unique Resort & Lifestyle

Anuj Singh has taken on the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Unique Resort & Lifestyle, Valsad. With a rich and diverse background in the hospitality industry, Anuj brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, banquet management, and team leadership to his new position.  

Before joining Unique Resort & Lifestyle, Anuj served as Banquet Manager at Marriott International, Ahmedabad, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Pune, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, Pune, where he successfully orchestrated events and optimized banquet services to meet high standards.  

In his prior roles, he held the position of Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Shashijit Infraproject Limited, Vapi, and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (HOD) at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Bengaluru, demonstrating his capability to manage complex operations and lead diverse teams.  

Anuj has also worked as Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Avadh Utopia, Surat, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Orange Megastructure LLP, Surat, showcasing his expertise in restaurant and service management. Earlier in his career, he gained hands-on experience as Team Leader at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, Mumbai, and The O Hotel, Pune, as well as Team Captain at The Fern, Ahmedabad.  

Anuj's career began with foundational training, including Hotel Operational Training at The Pride Hotels, Ahmedabad, and Industrial Training at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, Pune, which laid the groundwork for his professional journey.  

Anuj holds a diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management and Food & Beverage from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and an International Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the London Academy of Professional Training, equipping him with robust knowledge and global perspectives in the field.
