Anurag Nair has recently joined The Indian Hotels Company Limited in Trivandrum as the Executive Chef, bringing a wealth of culinary experience and innovative vision to the role.


Anurag's distinguished career in the hospitality industry includes his previous position as Chef De Cuisine at Radisson Hotel Group in Karnataka. He has also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Menuscript, where he demonstrated his leadership and strategic planning skills.


Before his tenure at Menuscript, Anurag was the Cluster Executive Chef at RR Hospitality in Trivandrum, where he oversaw multiple kitchens and ensured the highest standards of food quality and service. Additionally, he served as the Executive Chef at Poetree Sarovar Portico in Thekkady.


Anurag's expertise extends to his role as Sous Chef at Radisson in Gwalior and Niraamaya Retreats. He has also worked in various capacities at Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, including locations such as Kovalam, Begumpet, New Delhi, Mumbai, and Delhi, showcasing his versatility and depth of experience.


His career began with foundational roles, including Commis Chef at Vivanta by Taj Gurugram, where he honed his skills and developed a solid foundation in culinary arts.


Anurag holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, specializing in Food Production, from Sinhgad Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Lonavala. He completed his schooling at Carmel Convent School.


With his extensive background and dedication to culinary excellence, Anurag Nair is poised to lead The Indian Hotels Company Limited in Trivandrum to new heights, enhancing the dining experiences of all guests with his innovative and high-quality culinary creations.
