Arumoy Dey steps into a new culinary journey as he takes on the role of Executive Chef at Sumi Yashshree Hotels & Resorts in West Bengal. With his extensive experience and passion for culinary excellence, Arumoy is poised to lead the kitchen team and elevate the dining experience for guests.


Arumoy brings a wealth of expertise to his new position, having previously served as Executive Chef at The Imperial Inn in West Bengal and Oregano in Bengaluru. His culinary journey also includes roles as Sous Chef at Spree Hospitality in Valsad and IHG in Bengaluru, where he honed his skills in kitchen management and menu creation.


Prior to his executive roles, Arumoy gained valuable experience as a Chef at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Rajkot, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Ahmedabad, and The HHI Group of Hotels in Banaras. His culinary journey began as a Commis at The Kenilworth Beach Resort & Spa in Goa, where he developed a strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations.


Arumoy is a graduate of IHM Gangtok, where he cultivated his passion for culinary arts and hospitality. His education has equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic and demanding culinary industry.
