Arun Gupta Takes on Role as Hotel Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, Chandigarh

Arun Gupta has recently taken on the role of Hotel Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels in Chandigarh. With his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Arun is well-prepared to lead the hotel to new heights of success.

Before his tenure at Bloom, Arun held the position of Room Division Manager and Front Office Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels in Chandigarh. During this period, he gained valuable experience managing front office operations and overseeing the room division, further honing his skills in hospitality management.

Arun's career also includes his role as Front Office Manager at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi. Here, he excelled in resolving guest problems, updating group information, monitoring high balance guests, and overseeing daily front office operations.

A significant milestone in Arun's career was his role as Assistant Front Office Manager at Radisson Hotel Group in Jammu. During this time, he maintained working relationships with all departments and ensured accurate room status information was communicated.

Arun's journey in the hospitality industry began at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Delhi, where he progressed from the role of Front Office Executive to Duty Manager and eventually Assistant Front Office Manager. These roles allowed him to gain comprehensive experience in front office operations and management.

Additionally, Arun has served as a Front Office Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Okhla and as a Guest Services Associate at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel in New Delhi. These positions helped him develop his customer service skills and attention to detail.

Arun holds a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management from the Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute, which has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary for leadership roles in the hospitality sector.
