Previously, Arun served as the Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa. In this role, he was instrumental in leading the culinary team, creating diverse menus, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. His leadership and culinary skills significantly contributed to the hotel's reputation for exceptional dining experiences.
Before his tenure at Citadines, Arun held the position of Sous Chef at several prestigious establishments, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, A Fortune ITC Group at Acron Waterfront Resort Goa Baga Beach, and Grand Hyatt Goa, Bambolim. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing culinary teams, and crafting exquisite dishes that delighted guests.
Arun's career also includes his role as Demi Chef De Partie at Radisson White Sand Resort Goa, where he honed his culinary skills and developed a keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation. His dedication to the craft and commitment to excellence have been evident throughout his career.
Arun Jadhav's educational background includes a Higher Secondary School certificate from Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, Nasik. He also holds a two-year Diploma in Hotel Management from Adarsh Management Institute, awarded by the National Human Resource Management Network. Additionally, he has earned a Higher National Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, which has provided him with a strong foundation in hospitality management and culinary arts.
