Previously, Arun served as the Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa. Before his tenure at Citadines, Arun held the position of Sous Chef at several prestigious establishments, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, A Fortune ITC Group at Acron Waterfront Resort Goa Baga Beach, and Grand Hyatt Goa, Bambolim. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing culinary teams, and crafting exquisite dishes that delighted guests.

Arun's career also includes his role as Demi Chef De Partie at Radisson White Sand Resort Goa, where he honed his culinary skills and developed a keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation. Arun Jadhav's educational background includes a Higher Secondary School certificate from Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, Nasik. He also holds a two-year Diploma in Hotel Management from Adarsh Management Institute, awarded by the National Human Resource Management Network. Additionally, he has earned a Higher National Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, which has provided him with a strong foundation in hospitality management and culinary arts.
