Arvind Pro, a seasoned professional in the realm of sales and marketing, has embarked on a new journey as the General Manager of Sales at Pansari Group. With a rich tapestry of experience spanning over two decades in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, Arvind brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building brands and expanding market reach.


Arvind's voyage in the domain of sales and marketing commenced upon the completion of his MBA in Marketing from Nice Management College at Shobit University, Meerut, during the 1995-1997 session. Since then, he has traversed through various sectors within the FMCG landscape, leaving an indelible mark of success at every juncture.


His foray into FMCG sales began in 1998 in the beverage industry, where he honed his skills and acumen. Subsequently, in 2005, Arvind transitioned into the snack industry, joining Prakash Industry, renowned for its brand Yellow Diamond. His stint at Prakash Industry was marked by the successful launch of the brand, backed by robust distribution and retail networks.


In 2010, Arvind embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Capital Foods, spearheading the brand Chings in Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh. His strategic prowess and leadership acumen played a pivotal role in scaling up the distribution and retail network to new heights.


The year 2013 witnessed Arvind's entry into the spices industry with Lifestyle Foods Pvt Ltd, where he assumed the role of Regional Manager. Over the course of the last decade, he ascended to the position of General Manager, steering the growth trajectory of the Chukde brand in North India. Under his stewardship, Chukde emerged as a formidable player in the spice industry, boasting of 400 distributors and 30 super stockists.


Arvind's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Magadh University, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration from Shobhit University. Additionally, he has augmented his skill set with a certification in Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing from the Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing.


Arvind's professional journey is adorned with significant milestones, including his tenure as General Manager - GT (Sales) at Godhan Masala Foods Pvt Ltd, where he orchestrated strategic initiatives to bolster sales performance.


Arvind's expertise encompasses a wide array of domains within sales management, including sales coaching, planning, budgeting, team management, and motivation. He possesses a keen understanding of market dynamics, evidenced by his adeptness in new product launches, category focus, and sales analysis.


Arvind's leadership philosophy revolves around fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the sales team. He believes in setting clear objectives, aligning them with the company's vision, and empowering his team to achieve their full potential.
