With a diverse and accomplished background in the culinary world, Ashley brings his wealth of experience and creative vision to the esteemed property, enhancing its reputation for exquisite dining.


Before joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Ashley served as Executive Chef at several prestigious hotels, including Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, and Hilton Goa Resort Hotel & Spa. His leadership in these roles ensured the success of various culinary operations, making him a standout in the industry.


Prior to these executive positions, Ashley honed his craft at Conrad Pune, where he worked as Executive Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine. His career in hospitality began with notable experience as a Sous Chef at Arola in JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai, where he developed a strong foundation in both culinary skills and team leadership.


With his extensive background in fine dining and a passion for elevating guest experiences, Ashley Nunes is expected to bring innovation and excellence to Park Hyatt Hyderabad's culinary offerings.
