With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality environments, Ashok brings a wealth of expertise in managing housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and elevating guest satisfaction.

Ashok is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and passion for sustainability, all of which contribute to his excellence in overseeing housekeeping teams. His proven track record includes leading diverse teams, implementing efficient processes, maintaining budgetary controls, and collaborating seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

In his previous roles at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, ITC Hotels, Crowne Plaza, and Fraser Hospitality, Ashok played a key part in optimizing operations and driving quality standards. He is particularly skilled in training staff, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining a high level of guest service satisfaction.

Ashok’s commitment to sustainability is one of his key strengths, as he focuses on incorporating eco-friendly practices into daily operations. His ability to stay updated on industry trends ensures that the housekeeping department continues to evolve and innovate.

Ashok holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality, Airline & Tourism Management (ATHM) from ITFT, Punjab University, Chandigarh, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. His academic background complements his extensive hands-on experience in luxury hotel environments.
