With an extensive background in food and beverage management and a track record of excellence in hospitality, Ashwin is set to bring a fresh perspective to the culinary offerings at Fairmont Udaipur.
Prior to this role, Ashwin held the position of Restaurant and Bar Manager at Taj Hotels in South Goa, where he managed high-end dining establishments, ensuring superior guest experiences. He also served as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Udaipur, further solidifying his expertise in luxury dining.
Ashwin's journey in hospitality began at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he climbed the ranks from Assistant Manager in Gurugram to Manager in Bhubaneshwar, showcasing his leadership and management skills in food and beverage service. He also served as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Oberoi Hotels in Hyderabad, gaining valuable insights into operations and guest satisfaction.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Service, Ashwin has also completed an Executive Development Program in Hospitality Administration/Management at the prestigious Oberoi Center of Learning and Development.
