Ashwni Kumar Goela Promoted as Vice President Operations at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi and Area General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group

Ashwni Kumar Goela has been promoted to Vice President Operations at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi and Area General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group. This new role recognizes Ashwni’s extensive experience and his significant contributions to the hospitality industry, particularly within Radisson Hotel Group.

Previously, Ashwni held the position of Area General Manager for Delhi (NCR) and General Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport. Before that, he served as Area General Manager for Rajasthan & Agra and General Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, showcasing his ability to manage multiple high-profile properties and drive operational excellence.

Ashwni’s career includes his tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he was the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Jaipur. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms and the Director of Rooms at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla. His progression through these roles underscores his deep understanding of hotel operations and guest service management.

Before joining InterContinental Hotels Group, Ashwni was the Director of Front Office at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport, following his role as Front Office Manager at the same property. His earlier positions include Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager at The Imperial, and various roles at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, such as Assistant Front Office Manager, Revenue Manager, and Lobby Manager.

Ashwni’s career began as a Duty Manager at InterContinental The Grand, New Delhi, where he initially joined as a Management Trainee.

Ashwni Kumar Goela is a graduate of the Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management, where he studied Hotel Management. He also completed a Diploma course in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Hotel Management. Additionally, he holds a Certificate and Specialization Course in Major Hospitality Subjects and Rooms Division from the American Hotel and Motel Association. His early education was at Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, where he studied Science with Computers.

With his vast experience and comprehensive education in hotel management, Ashwni Kumar Goela is well-prepared to lead the operations at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi and further enhance the guest experience across Radisson Hotel Group properties.
