Prior to this role, Chef Avdesh served as the Executive Chef at Cropino in Jamnagar, ISS A/S in Ahmedabad, BBQ Nation Private Limited in Gujarat, and Future Flavour LLP in Mumbai. In these positions, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in kitchen operations, menu development, and team management, consistently delivering high-quality culinary experiences.


Before his executive roles in India, Chef Avdesh gained international experience as a Sous Chef at Rose Park Hotel in Dubai. This role provided him with valuable insights into global culinary trends and honed his skills in managing diverse kitchen teams and executing sophisticated dining concepts.
