- Cardamom - 5 gm

- Baking Powder - ½ tsp


Method:

1. Prepare the Batter:

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pearl millet flour (Bajra Atta) and corn flour.

- Add the honey, butter (softened), and eggs to the dry ingredients.

- Pour in the milk and add the cardamom powder.

- Add the baking powder and mix all the ingredients together until you form a thick batter.

- Preheat and season your waffle griddle to medium heat.

- Pour the batter onto the waffle griddle, spreading it evenly.
