Balvir Rathore Joins as Chief Engineer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is proud to announce the appointment of Balvir Rathore as the Chief Engineer. With an extensive background in engineering management and a specialization in HVAC systems, Balvir brings a wealth of experience to his new role, where he will oversee all engineering operations and ensure the smooth functionality of the resort's infrastructure.

Before joining Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Balvir served as the Chief Engineer at Black Rock Hotels & Resorts in Pushkar. His previous experience also includes working as the Assistant Manager of Engineering (Pre-Opening) at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, where he played a crucial role in establishing the hotel’s engineering systems. 

Balvir has also held positions at renowned hospitality brands such as ITC Dwarka, New Delhi, where he worked as an Engineering Supervisor, and Marriott Jaipur, where he served as an Engineering Associate (MST). His technical expertise was further developed during his time as an HVAC Technician at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur.

Balvir holds a diploma in HVAC from the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Rajasthan. His technical proficiency and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the engineering excellence at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.
