Bibhash Rout Promoted to Food & Beverage Manager at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road

Bibhash Rout has been promoted to the position of Food & Beverage Manager at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road. In his new role, Bibhash will oversee the entire food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and driving the department's overall performance.

Before his promotion, Bibhash served as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the same property. In this role, he demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, contributing to the seamless operation of the hotel's food and beverage services.

Prior to his tenure at DoubleTree Suites, Bibhash was the Restaurant Manager during the pre-opening phase of Conrad Bengaluru. His responsibilities included setting up the restaurant operations, training staff, and ensuring that all standards were met for a successful launch.

Bibhash has also gained significant experience as an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage Service at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Bengaluru, another pre-opening project where he played a key role in establishing the food and beverage operations from the ground up.

His career with Hilton Worldwide started as a Food & Beverage Attendant, where he quickly progressed to the role of Food & Beverage Executive, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the hospitality industry. Subsequently, he took on the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Chennai, where he was responsible for managing restaurant operations and enhancing guest experiences.

Earlier in his career, Bibhash worked as a Food & Beverage Associate at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Hyderabad, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of food and beverage service.

Bibhash Rout holds a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management from Xavier College of Hotel Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Utkal University. His strong educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his new role as Food & Beverage Manager.

At DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Bibhash is expected to leverage his expertise to further enhance the guest dining experience and drive the success of the food and beverage department.
