Bijul Jeevan Joins as Head of Procurement at Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa, Kerala

Bijul Jeevan has been appointed as the Head of Procurement at Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa in Kerala, bringing his extensive experience in procurement and materials management to this esteemed position. With a robust background in overseeing procurement operations within the hospitality industry, Bijul is set to streamline and enhance the supply chain processes at Vibe Munnar Resort and Spa.

Previously, Bijul served as the Materials Manager at Hyatt Regency in Thrissur, where he was responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of materials, ensuring timely supply, and maintaining cost efficiency. His strategic approach and meticulous management significantly contributed to the operational effectiveness of the hotel.

Before his role at Hyatt Regency, Bijul was the Assistant Purchase Manager at Tablez-The Food Company, a F&B entity of Lulu Group International, and at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in Kovalam. In these positions, he played a pivotal role in procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and inventory control, ensuring the seamless availability of high-quality supplies for the operations.

Bijul's career also includes significant experience as a Purchase Manager at Radisson Blu in Coimbatore and as an Assistant Material Manager at Radisson Blu Kochi. In these roles, he was instrumental in optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies.

Earlier in his career, Bijul served as a Purchase Executive at Bergguren Hotels (Keys Hotels) in Mahabaleshwar and held multiple roles at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Cochin, including Incharge/Head of Accounts/Purchase. Additionally, he served as an Assistant Accountant/Purchase at Trident Hotels in Cochin, where he honed his skills in financial management and procurement operations.

Bijul Jeevan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University and completed his schooling at St. John De Britto. His educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, equips him with the expertise to excel in his new role.
