This easy and fun recipe is perfect for kids to make with a little help from mom. Biscuit Bhel is a tasty and quick snack that combines the crunch of biscuits with the tangy flavors of chutneys and fresh ingredients.

         

          Ingredients:

          • Cheeselings - 1 cup

          • Monaco Biscuits (cut into quarters) - 8 Nos.

          • Green Chutney - 2 tbsp

          • Tamarind Chutney - 2 tbsp

          • Diced Boiled Potatoes - 2 tbsp

          • Finely Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp

          • Finely Chopped Tomato - 2 tbsp

          • Finely Chopped Cucumber - 2 tbsp

          • Halved Grapes - 2 tbsp

          • Pomegranate Seeds (Anar) - 2 tbsp

          • Chana Dal - 2 tbsp

          • Finely Chopped Raw Mango - 2 tbsp

          • Chaat Masala - to taste

          • Chopped Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) - 2 tbsp

          • Salted Peanuts - 2 tbsp

          • Salted Boondi - 2 tbsp

 

          Method:

          1. Start by preparing all the ingredients and keeping them ready. Cut the Monaco biscuits into quarters, dice the boiled potatoes, and finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, and raw mango.

          2. In a large bowl, add the cheeselings and quartered Monaco biscuits.

          3. Add the boiled potatoes, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, grapes, pomegranate seeds, and raw mango to the bowl.

          4. Pour in the green chutney and tamarind chutney. Mix everything well to coat the ingredients with the chutneys.

          5. Sprinkle chaat masala to taste. Add the chana dal, salted peanuts, and salted boondi. Mix again to combine.

          6. Transfer the biscuit bhel to a serving plate. Garnish with additional chopped onion, pomegranate seeds, raw mango, tomato, sev (if desired), and fresh coriander leaves.

          7. Serve immediately for the best crunch and flavor.

         

          Tips:

          • You can adjust the amount of green chutney and chaat masala to make it more or less spicy, depending on your kids' preferences.

          • Serve the bhel immediately after mixing to keep the biscuits and other ingredients crunchy.

          • Feel free to add or omit any ingredients based on what you have on hand or your kids' likes and dislikes.
