Before joining Starlit Suites, Biswanath served as Executive Chef at several prestigious properties, including The Byke Hotels & Resorts in South Goa, Liverpool Blue Hotel in Bengaluru, St. Laurn Hotels & Resorts in Pune, and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Bengaluru. His vast experience managing diverse culinary operations highlights his proficiency in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Biswanath’s journey through the hospitality industry saw him progressing to Sous Chef at The Chariot Resort & Spa in Orissa, The Tamara Coorg in Karnataka, and Clarks Inn Group of Hotels in Badami, from roles such as Junior Sous Chef at VITS Hotels and Lotus Resorts, and Chef de Partie at Pai Hotels. His career began with humble roots as a Commis at respected establishments like The Pride Hotels in Nagpur and Hotel Tuli International, further showcasing his dedication and steady growth in the culinary world.
His strong foundation in kitchen management and culinary innovation is reinforced by his education. Biswanath holds a Diploma in Production from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHMCT&AN) and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Ramamani Mahavidyalaya, Khurda.
