Brajendra Singh is excited to announce his new position as Senior Manager of Food and Beverage at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in Assonora. With a career spanning several prestigious hotels and resorts, Brajendra brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence in food and beverage management to his new role.


Brajendra's journey in the hospitality industry is marked by a series of progressively responsible positions. Prior to his current role, he served as the Food and Beverage Manager at several renowned establishments, including Le Royal Meridien Chennai, Azaya Beach Resort Goa, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in Goa, and Accor. In these roles, Brajendra was instrumental in overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experiences, and implementing innovative food and beverage strategies.


Before becoming a Food and Beverage Manager, Brajendra gained extensive experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. He held this position at Novotel Imagica Khopoli, Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Goa, Radisson in Goa, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in Goa. His responsibilities included supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service.


Brajendra's career in the hospitality industry began as a Senior Supervisor at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Indore. In this role, he honed his skills in team leadership, customer service, and operational management, laying the foundation for his subsequent achievements in food and beverage management.


In addition to his extensive professional experience, Brajendra holds an MBA in Travel and Tourism from the National Institute of Business Management in Chennai. This advanced degree has equipped him with a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry, enhancing his ability to manage food and beverage operations within the context of a resort environment. He also holds a graduation degree in History from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, which has provided him with a broad-based education and a unique perspective on hospitality and service.
