Broccoli is a power house veggie that is loaded with good
stuff.
So, in other words, don't go putting deep fried broccoli on your plate as a regular daily side dish.

Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1 kg
Eggs - 5 Nos.
Flour - 200 gm
Red Chilli Flakes - 20 gm
Refined Oil - 500 ml
Panko Crumb - 300 gm
Parsley - 10 gm
Coriander - 50 gm
Cheddar Cheese - 150 gm
Mozzarella Cheese - 150 gm
Salt - 20 gm
Black Pepper - 10 gm
Cajun Spice - 40 gm
Onion - 100 gm
Garlic - 10 gm
Method:
- Steam the broccoli in boiling water until tender.
- Chop the broccoli finely using a knife or food processor.
- Blend the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese together.
- Blend fresh herbs with spices.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, including seasoning and flour for binding.
- Take about one tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
- Create a batter using eggs and flour.
- Dip the broccoli ball nto the batter and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the battered broccoli bowl until crispy and serve hot.
