Buesoco Hospitality Welcomes Manish Gautam as General Manager

Manish Gautam has been appointed as the General Manager at Buesoco Hospitality, based in Daman. With a robust background in hotel management and hospitality administration, Manish brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

Manish holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management & Hospitality Administration from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition. Additionally, he has pursued further education through Indira Gandhi National Open University, enhancing his knowledge and expertise in the field.

Prior to joining Buesoco Hospitality, Manish served as a Restaurant Manager at Bharat Hotels Limited in South Goa, where he excelled in employee training, restaurant management, and team leadership. His dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences and his adeptness in managing food and beverage operations were instrumental in driving the success of the restaurant.

Before his tenure at Bharat Hotels Limited, Manish held the position of Restaurant Manager at Essentia Luxury Hotel in Indore, where he further honed his skills in employee training, bar management, and revenue analysis. His strategic approach to enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing revenue streams contributed significantly to the hotel's growth and profitability.

In addition to his roles in India, Manish has gained valuable international experience, having worked as an FnB Executive at Marriott International in Bengaluru and as a Restaurant Artisan at Marriott Renaissance Downtown in Dubai. His exposure to diverse cultural and operational environments has enriched his perspective and equipped him with a global mindset.

Manish's journey in the hospitality industry began with roles as a Guest Service Associate at various prestigious hotels under the JW Marriott brand, where he gained hands-on experience in guest relations and service excellence. He also completed an industrial training program at Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, further solidifying his foundational knowledge and skills in the field.
