Buransh flower, known for its rich nutrient profile, is celebrated for its health benefits. Consumed as a juice or shake, it helps in healing inflammation, liver ailments, and reducing arthritis pain, bronchitis, and gout. Additionally, it has potential cancer-preventive properties due to the presence of quercetin and rutin flavonoids.

        

Ingredients:

- Curd: 200 gm

- Sugar: 20 gm

- Milk: 20 ml

- Buransh Squash: 40 ml

- Almond Flakes: 10 gm

- Pistachio Flakes: 8 gm

- Tooty-Fruity: 10 gm

 

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, combine the curd, milk, sugar, and Buransh squash. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until it reaches a smooth, flowing consistency. Pour the prepared lassi into a glass. Garnish with additional Buransh squash, tooty-fruity, pistachio flakes, and chopped almonds. Serve chilled for a refreshing and nutritious drink.
