Charanjit Singh has recently been appointed as Chef De Partie (Bakery & Pastry) at Novotel, Chandigarh, at Accor. With a strong background in bakery and pastry arts, Charanjit brings a wealth of experience and a creative touch to his new role.


Before joining Novotel, Charanjit served as Demi Chef De Partie (Bakery & Pastry) at Marriott International in Pune and Radisson Hotel Group in Hyderabad. In these positions, he honed his skills in pastry and bakery production, menu development, and quality control, contributing significantly to the culinary excellence of these establishments.


Charanjit's career began as a Commis Chef (Bakery & Pastry) at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Vadodara and The Palm Court Hotel in Ludhiana, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the fundamentals of bakery and pastry operations. His dedication to the craft led him to establish his own bakery, A.S. Kabli Baker's in Zirakpur, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for baking.


In addition to his professional roles, Charanjit has completed vocational training and internships at The Palm Court Hotel in Ludhiana, IHG Hotels & Resorts in Chandigarh, and Courtyard by Marriott in Gurugram. These experiences have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various culinary environments and the ability to adapt to different operational styles.


Charanjit holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) from Rayat Bahra University, where he specialized in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. His formal education, combined with his extensive practical experience, has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in the competitive culinary industry.
