- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- ½ tsp Mace Powder

- ½ tsp Nutmeg Powder

For the Cheese Sauce:

- ½ cup Milk

- ½ cup Fresh Cream

- 2 tbsp Butter

- ½ cup Cheese

- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes

- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place an aluminum sheet on the baking tray to prevent sticking.

2. In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper powder. Allow it to marinate for 10 minutes.

3. In another bowl, mix together cheese, chopped ginger, garlic, spring onion, green chilli, chopped coriander, mace powder, and nutmeg powder.

4. Add an egg to the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Then, add the marinated chicken to the mixture and coat it well. Pour in half of the fresh cream and mix again. Refrigerate the mixture to marinate for 2 hours.

5. Prepare the cheese sauce by combining milk, fresh cream, butter, cheese, parsley, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Cook until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Set aside.

6. Skewer the marinated chicken cubes onto bamboo sticks. Arrange them on the baking tray and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 minutes, basting the kebabs with butter at intervals.
