Cottage Cheese with SSS Sauce - By Chef Rabindra Kumar
Indulge in Chef Rabindra Kumar's tantalizing creation: Cottage Cheese with SSS (Sweet, Sour, Spicy) Sauce.

Ingredients:
- Cottage
Cheese - 150 gms
- Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp
- Refined
Flour - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli
Paste - 1 tbsp
- Lemon
Juice - Few Drops
- White Til
- 1 tbsp
- Chopped
Garlic - 10 gms
- Chopped
Coriander - 50 gms
- Oil for
Frying
- Salt - to
taste
- Pepper -
to taste
For Sauce:
- Tomato
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli
Paste - 1 tbsp
- Red Pepper
- 10 gms
- Yellow
Pepper - 10 gms
- Pineapple
Chopped - 50 gms
- Garlic
Chopped - 10 gms
- Butter - 1
tbsp
- Salt &
Pepper - to taste
- Chilli
Flakes - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Cut the
cottage cheese into finger shapes.
2. Coat with
refined flour, corn starch, chopped coriander, salt, pepper, and white til.
3. Fry in
medium heat until golden brown.
4. Arrange
on a serving plate.
5. Top with
SSS sauce.
To Make SSS
Sauce:
1. Heat a
little oil and sauté ginger, garlic & green chilli.
2. Add
vegetable stock.
3. Stir in
chopped pineapple and fry with 2 tbsp tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and melted
butter.
4. Adjust
seasoning to taste and pour over fried cheese.
5. Garnish
with chopped coriander & lemon.
