Ingredients:

1. 250 gm Prawns

2. 1 Bunch Curry Leaves

3. 100 gm Onion

4. 3 tbsp Sunflower Oil

5. 10 cloves Garlic

6. 5 Green Chillies

7. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

8. 2 Red Chillies

9. Juice of 1 Lemon

10. 20 g Black Pepper


Method:

1. Clean the prawns and marinate them with a pinch of turmeric and salt. Set aside.

2. In a blender, combine a handful of curry leaves, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, and green chillies with a little water. Blend until you get a smooth paste.

3. Mix the prepared paste with the marinated prawns and allow it to marinate for a few minutes.

4. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves to the hot oil.

5. Add finely chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown.

6. Once the onions are golden brown, add a pinch of turmeric powder and the marinated prawns to the pan. Season with salt as required.

7. Cook the prawns until they are done, stirring occasionally.

8. Finally, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the prawns and sprinkle with crushed black pepper.

9. Serve the Curry Leaves Prawns hot, garnished with fresh curry leaves if desired.
