Dhananjay’s career journey is marked by remarkable achievements and leadership roles at prestigious hotel chains, including Accor, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City. His previous position as Food and Beverage Manager at Accor Hotels in Goa showcased his exceptional ability to oversee operations, drive innovation, and enhance guest experiences.
Over the years, Dhananjay has managed high-volume restaurants, fine dining establishments, and extensive banquet operations, consistently delivering outstanding results. His tenure at Constance Hotels & Resorts in Seychelles stands out, where he successfully led teams managing multi-restaurant operations.
In his new role at Radisson Blu Guwahati, Dhananjay will spearhead the food and beverage division, focusing on curating exceptional dining experiences and driving the hotel’s culinary vision forward.
