Dharmander Singh brings his culinary expertise and years of experience to his new role as Executive Chef at Regenta Central Udaipur. With a career spanning several prestigious establishments, Dharmander has honed his skills in culinary management, menu costing, sanitation, and catering.


His journey began at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, where he was involved in the pre-opening and post-opening of new restaurants, gaining valuable insights into Mediterranean cuisine. Over the years, he served in various capacities, including Senior Chef de Partie at Taj Group Of Hotels and Chef at Carnival Cruise, Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.


Dharmander's leadership capabilities shone through during his tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Daspalla Hotels Limited, where he managed and developed a team of 42 individuals, implemented operational manuals, and ensured compliance with international standards like HACCP.


His commitment to quality and innovation led him to Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Ludhiana, where he served as Executive Sous Chef, overseeing kitchen operations and contributing to menu development. Subsequently, he took on the challenge of heading the kitchen at Regenta Central Udaipur, where he continues to elevate culinary experiences for guests.


Dharmander's educational background includes technical qualifications from Industrial Training Institute, Dehradun and S.L.V.Inter College,  Dehradun, where he completed his apprenticeship and obtained his associate's degree. His passion for culinary arts and dedication to continuous learning have been instrumental in his success.


As Executive Chef at Regenta Central Udaipur, Dharmander is poised to showcase his creativity, leadership, and expertise in crafting exceptional culinary experiences.
