Dhum Singh Appointed as Executive Chef at Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd, Nigeria

Dhum Singh has recently taken on the role of Executive Chef at Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd in Nigeria. Bringing a wealth of culinary expertise to his new position, Dhum will lead the kitchen operations, focusing on innovative and high-quality cuisine.

Before joining Skyline International, Dhum served as the Head Chef at Bombay Lounge Ltd in Bogota, Colombia. There, he was instrumental in crafting menus that showcased diverse flavors and culinary techniques.

Dhum’s extensive career includes significant roles in the hospitality industry. He was the Executive Chef at Pride Hotels Group and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Gujarat, where he managed culinary operations and ensured exceptional dining experiences for guests. As a Senior Sous Chef, Dhum honed his skills at Lemon Tree Hotels in Delhi and ITC Hotels in Tirupati, overseeing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

His journey in the culinary world also saw him in the role of Sous Chef at Hotel Chirag Residency in New Delhi and as a Chef De Partie at Parkland Group of Hotels, New Delhi, where he gained invaluable experience in various kitchen functions and food services.

Dhum Singh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Horticulture, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Restaurant Operation and Catering Management from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. His academic background is complemented by his schooling in the science stream at Govt. Inter College Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
