Dilip's career highlights include his role as Executive Housekeeper at The Grand Arc Hotel and Convention Centre in Shahjahanpur, where he managed high-profile events and daily operations, elevating guest satisfaction through meticulous service standards. Previously, he served as Vice President of Housekeeping at Treego by Kabeer Hospitality, a position where he oversaw housekeeping strategies and optimized service protocols. His experience also includes executive roles in housekeeping with The Clarks Varanasi, Park Plaza East Delhi, Stay Well Hospitality Group in Jaipur, and Holiday Inn Jaipur.
Throughout his career, Dilip has demonstrated strong leadership and attention to detail. He also served as Deputy Executive Housekeeper at Hotel Clarks Shiraz, Agra, and as Operations Manager at Country Inn Hotels and Resorts in Bhimtal.
Dilip holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management from Md Jain, along with a PG Diploma in Hotel Management from Agra University.
