Dinesh’s career began with foundational roles at some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands. He began his journey as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, and soon progressed to an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Jaipur. His experience in managing high-end dining operations laid the groundwork for his future successes.
Dinesh’s expertise further flourished as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, where he was responsible for ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency across multiple dining venues. Notably, Dinesh played a pivotal role in the pre-opening operations of Conrad Bengaluru as a Food & Beverage Executive, a position where he ensured that the hotel's food and beverage offerings met the highest standards before opening its doors to guests.
In his new role at Aman, Dinesh will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests. His strong background in hospitality, coupled with his hands-on experience across renowned international brands, ensures that he is well-equipped to drive operational excellence.
Dinesh holds a degree from Bharathiar University, which has provided him with the necessary educational foundation to support his dynamic career in the hospitality industry.
