Dipesh Kanwar has been appointed for the position of Executive Chef at Marriott Hotels. With a rich background in culinary arts and a track record of excellence in the hospitality industry, Dipesh is set to bring innovative culinary experiences to Marriott Hotels.


Prior to his current role, Dipesh served as a Sous Chef at Taj Hotels in Ahmedabad, where he honed his skills in high-end culinary operations and kitchen management.


Dipesh's career also includes significant roles such as Head of Department at Azure Hospitality Private Limited in New Delhi, showcasing his leadership and expertise in managing culinary departments.


At the InterContinental Hotels Group, Aerocity New Delhi International Airport, Dipesh held the position of Junior Sous Chef, further enhancing his culinary proficiency and operational skills.


His journey in the culinary world began with roles such as Chef De Partie at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel in Noida, and Demi Chef De Partie at Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Noida.


Additionally, Dipesh has experience as an Assistant Unit Chef at Big Wong Restaurant in Vasant Vihar and Demi Chef De Partie Pan Asia at Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd in Delhi, where he developed his expertise in Asian cuisine.


Dipesh's educational background includes a Diploma of Education in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Aim Institute of Hotel Management in Nainital. He completed his secondary education in New Delhi and gained basic computer skills from Kendriya Vidyalaya in New Delhi.
