Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Goa, has announced the appointment of Domnic Fernandes as their new Food and Beverage Manager. A seasoned hospitality professional, Domnic brings a wealth of experience to his new role, ensuring the seamless operation of Hyatt’s food and beverage offerings in Goa.  


Domnic’ journey in the hospitality industry has been marked by notable achievements and diverse roles. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Multi Outlet Manager at Grand Hyatt, Goa, where he showcased his exceptional ability to manage multiple dining experiences with finesse.  


His tenure at W Goa as Assistant Manager further honed his managerial expertise, particularly in delivering high-end guest experiences. Before this, Domnic climbed the ranks at Grand Hyatt, Goa, transitioning from Food and Beverage Supervisor to Assistant Manager, which reflected his dedication and professional growth.  


Domnic began his career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hyatt Regency, Chennai, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality and service excellence.  


A graduate of Laxmi Memorial College of Hotel Management with a BSc in Hospitality Sciences, Domnic is passionate about innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction.  


In his new role, Domnic will be instrumental in enhancing Hyatt Goa’s food and beverage operations, creating unforgettable culinary experiences, and upholding the brand's renowned standards of excellence.
