Dr. Girish Sankpal Assumes Role at Rupa Foods & Hospitality as Executive Chef

Dr. Girish Sankpal has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Rupa Foods & Hospitality. Dr. Sankpal's career in the hospitality industry is marked by his dedication to education and training. He has held various academic positions, including Lecturer at Anjuman-I-Islam's College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies & Research in Mumbai, Assistant Professor at Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, and Lecturer at ITM College of Hotel Management. These roles allowed him to impart his expertise to future hospitality professionals.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Sankpal has practical experience in the industry. He served as a Catering Supervisor and Kitchen Supervisor at YMCA International House in Mumbai, where he managed kitchen operations and ensured high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Dr. Sankpal also worked as a Lecturer at Kohinoor College of Hotel Management and as a Junior Chef Lecturer at S.P. More Dyanam Annaam Foundation, further showcasing his commitment to culinary education.

Dr. Girish Sankpal's educational background is extensive and impressive. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Pacific University, Udaipur. He earned his Bachelor and Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, and Technology from Mumbai University. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree (M.Sc) in Hotel & Tourism Management from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. He also pursued studies at Dr. D.Y. Patil IHMCT.
