Dry Fruits Peda - By Falguni Somaiya

Ingredients:

1. Almonds - 50 gm

2. Cashews - 50 gm

3. Cardamom (Elaichi) - 4-5 pods

4. Cream - 2 tbsp

5. Condensed Milk - 100 gm

6. Khoya - 200 gm

7. Paneer - 100 gm

8. Milk Powder - 50 gm

9. Ghee - 2 tbsp

10. Pistachios (For Garnish) - 10- 12 Nos.


Method:

1. Grind almonds and cashews into a fine powder.

2. Add cardamom, cream, condensed milk, khoya, and paneer to the mix, then churn it in a blender.

3. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add milk powder, and mix well.

4. Cook on medium flame until the mixture thickens.

5. Add ghee and cook until the mixture separates from the sides of the pan.

6. Let it cool, then knead it into a smooth dough.

7. Roll into lemon-sized balls, flatten slightly to form peda shapes, and garnish with pistachios.
