fish like tilapia, halibut, sole and cod are always fantastic options for
healthy seafood dishes.
It includes a bright lemony sauce that
is simple and quick to make. It's the perfect finishing touch to sautéed fish
or grilled chicken cutlets. Be sure to add a pinch of salt to even out the
Garlic Caper flavor.
Ingredients:
Sole Fillet – 200 gm
Maida – 50 gm
Lemon – 1 no.
Vinegar – 2 ml
Salt – 5 gm
White Pepper – 2 gm
Mustard Powder – 3 gm
Oil – 20 ml
Caper – 15 gm
Butter – 30 gm
Garlic – 10 gm
Method:
1. Clean and cut sole into fillets.
2. Marinate it in lemon juice and
seasoning.
3. Coat fish with flour.
4. Cook on hot plate till it is
cooked and turns golden brown in color.
5. Serve while topping it with caper
and garlic butter sauce.
For sauce: Heat butter; add lemon
juice and capers. Serve it warm.
