Dr. Sanjay Goyal steps into the position of Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer at Foodlink Mumbai, leveraging over three decades of diverse experience in procurement, materials management, logistics, and operations control spanning multiple sectors such as hospitality, restaurants, and FMCG.

Recognized for his inspirational leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dr. Goyal has a proven history of driving cost optimization, spearheading product development initiatives, and nurturing robust vendor relationships throughout his extensive career. His expertise has garnered invitations as a distinguished speaker at prestigious institutions and industry forums, where he shares forward-thinking insights into the future of procurement practices.

With a strong passion for team development and infrastructure enhancement, Dr. Goyal is deeply committed to cultivating talent and implementing pivotal processes to ensure sustainable business expansion. His new role at Foodlink Mumbai complements his existing positions as Co-Chairman of the National Council on Tourism & Hospitality at ASSOCHAM, Founder and President of Pro Partners, and Vice President – SCM at Lite Bite Foods, a subsidiary of the esteemed Dabur Group.

Prior to assuming his current roles, Dr. Goyal held pivotal leadership positions at Del Monte, Speciality Restaurants Limited, and the Oberoi Group of Hotels, accumulating invaluable experience and expertise in supply chain management and procurement strategies.

As a Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of the Hospitality Purchasing Managers Forum (HPMF), Dr. Goyal is deeply committed to fostering industry-wide collaboration and knowledge exchange initiatives.
