Four Points By Sheraton Visakhapatnam is pleased to announce the promotion of K Anil Kumar as the new Human Resources Manager. With a strong background in human resources management and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Anil Kumar is set to bring his expertise and leadership to the team at Four Points By Sheraton Visakhapatnam.

Previously, Anil Kumar served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at The Indian Hotels Company Limited in Vijayawada. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. His dedication to fostering a positive work environment and his strategic approach to human resources played a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience.

Before his tenure as Assistant Manager, Anil Kumar held the position of Human Resources Executive at The Indian Hotels Company Limited, where he managed HR operations and contributed to the development and implementation of HR policies. Prior to this, he worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at the same company, further solidifying his expertise in HR management.

Anil Kumar's career began as an On Job Trainee at Grand Mercure Bengaluru, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. This early exposure provided him with a strong foundation and a deep understanding of the industry's HR needs and challenges.

Anil Kumar holds an M.Sc in Mathematics from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in Anantapur. He also earned a degree in Human Resource & Marketing from Avanthi Institute of Engineering & Technology, affiliated with JNTU, Kakinada. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Science from RK Degree College in Vizianagaram and completed his junior college education at Gayatri Junior College in Vizianagaram.

With his extensive background in human resources and a strong educational foundation, K Anil Kumar is well-equipped to lead the HR operations at Four Points By Sheraton Visakhapatnam.
