His journey in hospitality began with roles in renowned establishments such as Trident Hotel, Gurgaon, and Atlantis Resorts, Dubai, where he demonstrated his proficiency in food and beverage management and guest services.

Prior to joining Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Dhariwal served as the Operations Manager at The Hitchin-N-Post in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, showcasing his ability to manage diverse teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Dhariwal's association with Aurika Hotels & Resorts dates back to his tenure as the Food & Beverage Manager, where he contributed significantly to the growth and success of the F&B department. His promotion to EAM Food & Beverage further underscores his dedication and leadership capabilities.

Dhariwal is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi, where he honed his skills and acquired a strong foundation in hospitality management.
