Prior to this appointment, Gaureesh served as an Executive Chef at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he was responsible for overseeing culinary operations, food cost analysis, and menu costing. His tenure at IHG Hotels & Resorts showcased his ability to manage large teams and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.
Before his role at IHG, Gaureesh was the Executive Sous Chef at Radisson Hotel Group, where he contributed significantly to food and beverage operations, recruitment, and menu costing. His skills in commercial kitchen design and food quality management were instrumental in elevating the culinary offerings at the hotel.
Gaureesh's extensive experience also includes serving as an Executive Chef at Impaxive Hospitality, where he managed food and beverage operations, food cost analysis, commercial kitchen design, and recruiting. His leadership and innovative approach played a key role in the success of the hospitality projects he managed.
Earlier in his career, Gaureesh held the position of Sous Chef at Marriott International and The Westin Pushkar, where he developed his expertise in menu costing and food quality. His tenure at Radisson Blu as Chef De Partie and Trident Hotels and Chef further honed his culinary skills and ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.
Gaureesh began his culinary journey as a chef at Hyatt Regency and Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, where he gained valuable experience in various aspects of kitchen operations and food preparation.
He holds a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHM Hajipur, where he completed his Bachelor's in Hotel Management. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his successful career in the hospitality industry.
