General Manager Arvind K Sharma Takes Charge at Brigade Hospitality, Bengaluru

Arvind K Sharma has taken on the role of General Manager at Brigade Hospitality in Bengaluru. In this position, Arvind will lead the operations, ensuring excellence in guest services and overall management of the property.

Before joining Brigade Hospitality, Arvind gained extensive experience with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he served as Resort Manager across locations in Shimla, Virajpet, and Madikeri. He demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise in managing these resorts.

Arvind's career also includes significant roles in the food and beverage sector. He was the Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Amritsar and earlier held the same position at Ista Hotels, where he was also the Executive Chef. His tenure as an Executive Chef extended to Radisson Hotels, showcasing his culinary leadership.

Arvind's culinary journey began at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, as a Chef de Cuisine. He further honed his skills internationally as a Senior Chef de Partie at Hyatt Regency, Dubai, and as a Junior Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt. His early career saw him in roles such as Chef de Partie at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai and The Ambassador's Skychef in Mumbai, and as a Demi Chef de Partie at Pyramids, Dubai.

Arvind started his professional journey as an Industrial Trainee with The Oberoi Group in Kolkata, laying a strong foundation for his illustrious career in hospitality.

He holds a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in New Delhi. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Calcutta University. Arvind completed his schooling at Lajpat Hindi High School.

With a robust background in hospitality management and culinary arts, Arvind K Sharma brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Brigade Hospitality, Bengaluru.
