General Manager Sanjay Kaushik Joins Mandrem Hotels Pvt. Ltd.

Sanjay Kaushik has recently been appointed as the General Manager at Mandrem Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in Goa. With a distinguished career in hospitality management and a wealth of experience in various leadership roles, Sanjay is set to bring his extensive knowledge and expertise to his new position.

Prior to joining Mandrem Hotels, Sanjay served as the General Manager at Rani Kothi Group in Nagpur and at The Tattwa Corbett Spa & Resort, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Before his tenure there, Sanjay was the Banquet Manager at Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Bengaluru. In this role, he managed banquet operations, coordinated events, and maintained high standards of service quality.

Sanjay also held the position of Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces in New Delhi, where he was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

As the Food and Beverage Manager at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company in Ahmedabad, Sanjay demonstrated his expertise in managing food and beverage operations, developing menus, and ensuring outstanding dining experiences for guests.

His earlier roles include serving as an Assistant Manager Banquet at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Jaipur, where he gained valuable experience in managing banquet services and coordinating large events.

Sanjay also worked as a Unit Manager at Pind Balluchi in Mumbai, where he was responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

His career in hospitality began with a position as a Senior Guest Service Associate at IHCL Taj Palace in New Delhi, where he developed a strong foundation in guest service and hospitality management.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A) from Dr. C.V. Raman University. He also completed a Diploma in F&B Service from FCI in Lajpat Nagar and attended Hindu High School in Sonepat, Haryana for his higher secondary education.
