General Manager Satish Dargan Joins Rudraksh Club and Resort

Satish Dargan has recently taken on the role of General Manager at Rudraksh Club and Resort in Ujjain. Bringing a wealth of experience in hotel and culinary management, Satish is set to oversee the overall operations and ensure top-notch guest experiences at the resort.

Prior to this appointment, Satish served as Senior Executive Chef at Seven Leisure Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. In this capacity, he was responsible for menu creation, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.

Before his tenure at Seven Leisure Pvt Ltd, Satish was the Operations Manager at The Fern Residency in the Morbi area. His role involved overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Satish also held the position of Executive Chef at Narayani Heights Hotel & Club in Ahmedabad and 10th Mile (Banqueting Celebration) in Pune. His responsibilities included managing kitchen operations, developing innovative menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

In his role as Corporate Chef at Dindayal Group in Gwalior, Satish managed culinary operations across multiple locations, maintaining consistency in food quality and service standards.

Earlier in his career, Satish served as Trainer/Chef Incharge at DINA Institute of Hotel & Business Management/DINA Celebrations in Pune. He was responsible for training aspiring chefs and managing culinary operations at DINA Celebrations.

Satish began his culinary journey as a Trainee Chef at Mayfair Banquets, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen management.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Pune University, with a focus on Hotel/Motel Administration and Management.

With his extensive background in hotel and culinary management, Satish Dargan is well-equipped to lead Rudraksh Club and Resort in Ujjain to new heights of excellence and guest satisfaction.
