Chef Ghanashyam Rege has recently been appointed as the Corporate Chef at Spree Hospitality in Bengaluru. In this role, Chef Ghanashyam will oversee the culinary operations across all Spree Hospitality properties, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and innovation.


Before joining Spree Hospitality, Chef Ghanashyam held several key positions in the culinary field. He served as the Executive Chef at The Avenue Grand in North Goa, Karma Hospitality in Goa, and Azzure by Spree in North Goa. His leadership and culinary expertise significantly enhanced the dining experiences at these establishments.


Chef Ghanashyam also ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Ranchikud Food Solution in Goa. As a business owner, he provided innovative culinary solutions and services, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.


His experience includes working as a Chef De Partie at Vivanta by Taj Fort Aguada in Goa, where he honed his skills in a high-pressure, luxury hotel environment. Additionally, Chef Ghanashyam worked as a Chef for P&O Cruises in the United Kingdom, gaining valuable international exposure and experience in a diverse and dynamic culinary setting.


Chef Ghanashyam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. His academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, equips him with a deep understanding of both the culinary and managerial aspects of the hospitality industry.


With his rich background in various culinary roles and a strong commitment to excellence, Chef Ghanashyam Rege is poised to lead Spree Hospitality's culinary team to new heights, enhancing the dining experiences for guests across all their properties.
