Ingredients:

Pizza Base:
- Flour: 500 gm
- Dry Yeast: ½ tsp
- Water: 400 ml
- Olive Oil: 50 ml
- Salt: 1 tsp

Filling of Sukariya Pizza:
- Raisins: 20 gm
- Honey: 20 ml
- Thick Cream: 300 ml
- Pistachio Powder: 30 gm
- Cinnamon Powder: 5 gm
- Sliced Almond: 20 gm
- Hazelnuts: 20 gm
- Monk Fruit: 20 gm
- Mozzarella Cheese: 200 gm
- Akkawi Cheese: 90 gm

Method:

1. Make a thick wedge Pizza Base.
2. Spread thick Cream.
3. Sprinkle Pistachio Powder, Walnut, Cinnamon Powder, sliced Almond, Hazelnuts, etc.
4. Cover with Mozzarella Cheese.
5. Stuff the wedge with Akkawi Cheese.
6. Bake the Pizza at 230°C.
7. Garnish with Dry Rose Leaf Powder & Natural Honey.
