Before joining Kananwas Resort, Haippi served as Food and Beverage Manager at Inder Residency, Udaipur, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, and Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, Jaipur, where he was responsible for overseeing F&B operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving revenue growth.
His career also includes roles as Restaurant Manager at OYO, Jaipur, Days Inn by Wyndham, Jaipur, and Wyndham Worldwide, Neemrana, where he focused on streamlining dining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction. Additionally, he has worked as an Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage at Levana Hospitality, Lucknow, further refining his leadership skills in the hospitality sector.
Haippi began his journey in the industry as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and F&B Executive at Wyndham Worldwide, Udaipur, and has also served as Senior Captain at ITC Hotels, Jaipur.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Tourism.
